Monel 400 Wire for Custom Springs & Custom Wire Forms

Please note that we do not sell Monel 400 or any other materials in raw form. Monel 400 wire is a material option for custom springs, etc., manufactured by Peninsula Spring.

Monel 400 nickel-copper alloy is resistant to steam and sea water at high temperatures, as well as salt and caustic solutions. Monel 400 is highly resistant to hydrochloric and hydrofluoric acids when they are de-aerated. Like many alloys with high copper content, it is susceptible to rapid attack by ammonia and nitric acid.
