Quality Assurance

We are currently approved by most major suppliers to the defense, aerospace, computer and medical industries. Our quality assurance program is frequently updated to assure that Peninsula Spring maintains a superior level of quality.

All of our quality assurance programs are in accordance with ISO 9000.

Inspection procedures are implemented to insure quality throughout the production of any product manufactured at Peninsula Spring.
All inspection and measuring equipment is calibrated on a continual basis.
Certifications are always available for review. They will be included in the shipment when requested on the purchase order.
Outside venders are audited annually to insure quality regarding any outside processes such as heat treat, plastisol, plating, etc.
All of Peninsula Spring's records are kept indefinitely.

Our quality plan provides the management criteria to guide the establishment and implementation of the quality control program. It is designed to show the tasks and procedures for implementing military specification MIL-I-45208A. Written quality procedures have been prepared to maintain a continuing basis of uniform operation and control of quality. Quality procedures and changes thereto are originated, and coordinated with all of the affected departments prior to release, and issued by the quality control department.
