Here are the simple steps needed to process a quote or place an order.
Step One: Quoting
The first step is to send us a drawing or the part/s you would like quoted. The drawing may be faxed, mailed, e-mailed, or mailed to us: --Whichever way is easiest for you!-- You may even send us a sample/broken sample. Please make sure include the quantities you wish to have quoted and your contact information. It's that simple. Soon after we receive your request, we will contact you with the pricing and lead time.
Step Two: Ordering
If you decide to place an order with us, all you have to do is let us know. We accept almost all types of payment. If you wish to set up an account with us, just let us know and we will be happy to do so.
Step Three: Re-quoting/Re-ordering
Peninsula Spring keeps full records of all quotes and orders. This means that you can be assured that you will not only be getting consistant pricing, but also consistant parts. This is what sets us apart from most of the competition.
