AISI 316 Stainless Steel Sheet & Strip for Custom Springs

Please note that we do not sell AISI 316 stainless steel or any other materials in raw form. Stainless steel is a material option for custom springs, etc., manufactured by Peninsula Spring.

Compared to AISI 302 stainless steel, AISI 316 stainless steel exhibits better corrosion resistance, but with slightly reduced spring properties.  AISI 316 stainless steel can be used in temperatures up to 550°F (228°C).

AISI 316 Stainless SteelAISI 316 stainless steel is used in custom springs, medical devices, and other applications that require higher corrosion resistance than AISI 302 stainless steel can offer.
